First Time Visit

As a new patient to our office, we listen to your needs. Our goal is to provide you with great service and a friendly environment. Your first visit includes:

• Complete oral examination (e.g. tongue, cheeks, bite)
• Examination of your teeth
• Evaluation of dental / medical history
• Digital X-rays
• Teeth cleaning
• Instructions on maintaining proper dental health
• Reviewing what needs to be done and then scheduling your next appointment

We are here to make your first visit about you and your needs!

Cancellation

We have reserved time especially for you and we require 48 hours for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Any missed appointments may result in an additional fee of $75. This fee is not covered by any dental insurance carrier.

Insurance

We do accept dental insurance plans.

Every insurance plan is handled differently and is a contract between you and your insurance provider. Due to the privacy act most dental insurances do not release information about your insurance coverage to dental providers. Therefore, it is important that you read your insurance policy so that you know what is covered. We will assist you with billing, but are not linked to any insurance companies. As a courtesy, and if possible, we will submit your dental claim to your insurance carrier.
